چکیده

Lab-on-a-chip has recently become an alternative for in situ monitoring its portability and simple integration with electrochemical immunoassay. Here, we present cell-on-a-chip configured a three-electrode system to detect benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) water. 11-Mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA), self-assembled monolayer (SAM), was used modify gold chip surface reduce the randomness of antibody binding. A carboxylic group activated -ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) (EDC) combination N-hyrodsuccinimide (NHS) before immobilisation. The mechanism reactions on SAM formation were investigated by cyclic voltammetry contact angle measurements. data revealed lower modified scan rate 50 mV/s. Through addition modification layers thiol end groups SAM, our design allowed became more insulated. All tested amperometric detection using developed Q-sense system. This novel technique detected multiple samples, completed analysis reasonably quickly. While integrated proved successful lab setting, aim research is use this analysis, which can be brought into water environment carry out tests existing processes. In way, any issues that may arise from environmental setting rectified efficient manner.
